A little suggestion: what this home page lacks at this moment is visible information about the latest releases, which IMO is very important for a dynamic open source project. This could be fixed be placing the Blog panel (for which "News" is actually a better name) somewhere higher on the page.
I don't like it, it's too much like the current site, and the current one is very wrong. There should be clear information about:
The latest releases
Recent events involving XWiki (Solutions Linux, XWikiSchool, JUG presentations...)
Features? As a potential new user, where can I see what XWiki does? "Learn more..." at the end of a short list is not visible enough.
"Projects" in the top bar, is that really needed? We're going to reduce the number of projects, so only things that are better labeled as "Tools" would remain.
We need a short movie to present it. Maybe two, if we split the user and developer presentations.
