I see a little problem here (it's the same problem with the administration UI, but there it was a bit less visible): the vertical navigation is inside the content zone, after the title, but it is not actually related to the content; it should be represented somewhat differently to show that it is an external navigation. Basically, when the navigation bar appears after the title, one expects it to provide access to different sub-items of the one given in the title, which is not the case here. I'm not sure if i expressed my self clearly enough and if anybody else sees this as an issue...

IMO this is an internal navigation. When you first enter Syntax page you will see all the existing content that the current Syntax page has.
The navigation is used just to filter items. In the same manner when someone clicks one category, it will contain all its section content appended.

About the title, maybe title.png will help?

Bug report: we can't have images (things like [ [ image : title.png ] ]) in comment body anymore. It works when you preview the comment, but not when you save it. Work only if you are referencing the full path 'image : Improvements . SyntaxExperiments3 @ title.png'
