    Add menu

This won't be like the green Start button from WinXP which cannot be changed and re-styled right? emoticon_smile

There is a problem with annotations.

We should be able to style it, but for that we should add some more params in the Color Themes for it emoticon_smile

Another idea I had was to use some gradient on it, using the same menuBackgroundColor, but has limited support. Also the first version had some round corners emoticon_smile just like WinXP, but that didn't match Colibri's style.

The idea is that we have to give it contrast from the Wiki/Space/Page breadcrumb, in order to separated them (this is also done by spacing) ... but also to attract the eyes on it. (If we think this is only for beginners we could make it green only on first usages [like a tutorial something], and then blend it more with the style)

Open for suggestions. Thanks Marta for comment

Yes, I totally agree with having some contrast, and I like the way it looks - big and green - on the default color theme. I'm just not sure it will have the same effect everywhere.
One trick we did for the Blog date box was to use the text color defined in the color theme as background color for the box, and the page background color defined in the theme as text color in the box. It was not semantic nor clean, but at that time it ensured both consistency and contrast.
The right solution is indeed to add a few more colors to the color theme.
Anyway, the Add button is a cool improvement and should be integrated, regardless of these styling details.

Instead of green we should use $theme.buttonPrimaryBackgroundColor and make the "Add" menu consistent with the buttons colors
